This is currently a known issue that can impact some players. While our friends at Epic are working hard to resolve the issues, we do have a few workarounds.
- Click on one of the packs/DLC in the Epic Store (not in game). Once it loads it should resolve the issue. You can then complete the purchase there, or head back to the game.
- If you open it via browser, which should cause it to open it in the launcher, some users reported disabling Adblock, or other browser extensions resolved the issue for them. Changing browsers to one that doesn't have addons should also help.
- Another potential solution is to switch to windowed mode (not borderless windowed) in the in-game options menu, switch to a lower resolution, and reduce all display setting to low temporarily. You should then be able to access the store after restarting Dauntless.
